THE METHOD
A structured approach to personal colour
Colour is often treated as aesthetic preference. In reality, it is structural.
My method is grounded in applied colour theory and built around three core elements: undertone, contrast, and chromatic balance. When these elements are defined, colour stops being subjective and becomes functional.
1 - undertone
Every individual has a natural undertone that influences how colours interact with the skin. When undertone is respected, the complexion appears clearer, more even, and more luminous. When ignored, even beautiful colours can create imbalance.
Understanding undertone is the foundation of a coherent palette.
2 - Contrast level
Contrast refers to the visual relationship between your skin, hair, and eyes.
Some individuals are naturally high contrast. Others are soft and blended.
When your clothing and makeup reflect your natural contrast level, harmony is immediate.
When contrast is exaggerated or reduced incorrectly, the result feels disconnected.
3 - chromatic balance
The interaction between depth, saturation, and temperature.
Colour is not simply warm or cool. It is about how tones relate to one another. Chromatic balance ensures coherence across your entire visual presence.
why colours works better than trends?
Trends change.
Your chromatic structure does not.
A defined colour framework reduces impulsive shopping, simplifies daily decisions, and creates long-term coherence.
When colour is aligned, you no longer experiment with who you are.
You refine what already works.
the outcome
A clear palette.
A coherent wardrobe.
Makeup that enhances rather than competes.
Decisions that feel effortless.
